THE OPPORTUNITY

- Consistently securing 15–20+ new managements per month
- Conducting rental appraisals and converting opportunities
- Prospecting through referrals, networking, database mining and cold calling
- Building strong relationships with landlords, investors and local businesses
- Managing your pipeline and following up opportunities relentlessly
- Generating your own leads while capitalising on warm opportunities




- Representing the brand within the Newcastle market
- Working closely with the Property Management team to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Hitting and exceeding monthly growth targets

WE WANT THE BEST

- 2+ years’ experience as a Real Estate BDM
- A proven track record of consistently securing 15–20+ managements per month
- A genuine hunter mentality and competitive edge
- Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills
- Confidence prospecting and generating your own business
- A strong network and ability to build lasting relationships
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
