The Role

- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of only 100-150 properties
- Deliver outstanding client service to both owners and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and notices
- Manage rental arrears and routine inspections
- Liaise confidently with owners, tenants,



and trades
- Receive dedicated support from a Junior Property Manager

About You

- Previous experience managing a residential portfolio
- Motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed
- Confident in handling conflict resolution, NCAT, and tribunal matters
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate License preferred)
