The Role:

You’ll ideally have some payroll experience and be looking to take the next step in your career. This could be a outstanding opportunity for someone who has had exposure to payroll processing and is keen to continue building their knowledge in a supportive team environment.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in developing their payroll skills.

- Previous experience in a payroll or payroll administration role
- Exposure to processing payroll, ideally in an end-to-end environment
- Basic understanding of Australian payroll legislation, including PAYG, superannuation and Fair Work
- Experience with payroll systems; Employment Hero experience would be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers and payroll data




- Good Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets
- Ability to assist with payroll reconciliations and checking payroll data
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach when responding to employee queries
- Highly organised and able to meet payroll deadlines and cut-off times
- Someone who is keen to learn, develop and grow their payroll career
- Payroll qualification or relevant study would be advantageous but is not essential
