The Chance

As a Spray Painter at Capital SMART Tingalpa, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional quality repairs and helping return customer vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities





- Mix and match paints to manufacturer specifications using advanced computerised colour matching technology
- Apply primers, base coats and clear coats to repaired panels and complete vehicles
- Blend and fade paintwork to achieve seamless colour consistency
- Conduct final quality inspections to ensure outstanding finishes
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards
- Maintain spray equipment, spray booth and job documentation
- Contribute to a positive, safety-focused team culture

What We're Looking For

- Trade qualification in Automotive Refinishing (or equivalent industry experience)
- Previous experience in collision repair or automotive refinishing
- Strong colour matching and blending capabilities
- Ability to work productively in a high-volume workshop environment
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality finishes
- Reliable, motivated and safety-conscious
- Full Australian working rights
