The Opportunity
Join our Collins Street team as a Recruitment Consultant and take ownership of a high-growth desk across commercial and/or Higher Education clients.
You'll deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across temporary, contract and permanent roles, supported by a strong brand, established client base, and a collaborative team that has your back.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a full 360 recruitment desk across temp, contract, and permanent roles

- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships

- Grow existing key accounts while identifying new opportunities





- Deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment

- Build and maintain talent pipelines and contractor networks

- Write engaging, effective job ads and drive candidate attraction strategies

- Provide market insights, workforce advice, and consultative support

About You

- Proven experience in agency recruitment (360 desk)

- Background in temporary, contract, or permanent recruitment

- Experience within business support, technology, or white-collar sectors

- Strong relationship builder with a consultative, client-first approach

- Commercially minded with confidence in business development

- Highly organised and able to manage a busy, fast-moving desk

- Team-oriented with a drive to perform and contribute to a positive culture
