MARS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Community Physiotherapist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering physiotherapy and restorative care services across Perth's southern suburbs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Physiotherapist who enjoys community-based work, autonomy and building meaningful relationships with clients, while still having the support of a multidisciplinary team and clinic environment.
The Role
You'll work predominantly in the community, visiting clients in their homes and supporting them through goal-led rehabilitation and restorative care programs designed to maintain independence, mobility and quality of life.
The role will include:
- Managing a community-based caseload across Perth's southern metro area
- Conducting home visits and developing individualised rehabilitation programs
- Completing mobility, falls risk, physical function and transfer assessments
- Supporting clients through structured restorative care and goal-led programs
- Working with clients, families, carers and other health professionals
- Reviewing and adapting treatment and mobility plans based on client progress
- Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Sharing your knowledge and contributing to a positive team culture
You'll spend the majority of your time out in the community,
with a couple of days working from the organisation's Rockingham facility, giving you a genuine hybrid working arrangement.

About You
We're looking for a Physiotherapist who has:
- A Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Ideally, experience within community, homecare, rehabilitation or aged care
- Strong understanding of mobility, falls prevention and functional rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge
