We're looking for a confident, customer-focused travel professional who knows how to turn enquiries into bookings and enjoys building strong relationships with travel agents.

What You'll Be Doing

- Handle reservations enquiries from travel agents & customers
- Quote, book and manage travel arrangements
- Recommend the right products and upsell where appropriate
- Build strong relationships with retail travel agents
- Provide expert product and destination advice
- Manage bookings, changes, cancellations and follow-ups
- Work towards sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver exceptional service from enquiry through to booking

✈️ What We're Looking For

- Travel industry or reservations experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A natural sales mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence dealing with travel agents
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great phone and email skills




- The ability to quickly learn recent reservation systems
- GDS / reservations system experience is highly regarded.
