Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Bella Vista): Full Time or Part Time ($92,000 + Super + PD)

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a role where you can do great work without the pressure of a corporate clinic? The Speech Spot has been supporting children and families for over 10 years. We're an established Speech therapy practice with a team of 10 speech pathologists, and we're now looking to expand our services by welcoming an Occupational Therapist to our team.

We're not a corporate clinic chasing KPIs — we care about our team and our clients. We prioritise quality care, manageable workloads, and creating a workplace where clinicians can enjoy what they do.

This role would suit an experienced Paediatric OT with 3+ years of experience who is confident working independently, enjoys working with children and families, and would like the opportunity to help shape and grow the OT service within our practice. You'll be part of our friendly team of paediatric speech pathologists, with plenty of opportunity to collaborate, share ideas, and work alongside clinicians who understand paediatric practice.

What your role will involve

- Assessment and intervention for paediatric clients, across a range of developmental needs
- Clinic-based and community visits
- Collaborating with our speech pathologists to support children across different areas of development
- Helping to develop the OT service within the practice
- Contributing to resources, programs and ideas that benefit our clients

What you'll need

- AHPRA registration
- Driver's licence and car for possible mobile visits
