An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced VR GP with an interest in Chronic Disease Management to join our established medical practice in Dianella, WA.

We are looking for a GP who enjoys providing comprehensive, patient-centred care and would like to develop a strong long-term patient base, particularly in chronic disease and preventative health.
