Managing and developing strategic campaigns for retail, tourism, automotive, and lifestyle brands, this Media Account Manager role will be responsible for leading innovation and client strategy.

The Opportunity:

- Support the Head of Client Services

- Work with the Account Director to lead a portfolio of client accounts across a variety of consumer brands

- Oversee strategy for your clients, strengthen client relationships, and achieve business goals

- Day-to-day campaign management

- Develop integrated media campaigns across integrated channels (on and offline)

- Mentor a Coordinator





- Assist the Account Director with current/organic business growth

- Develop integrated, data-led media solutions

- Ensure briefs are running on time, brief, and on budget

- Provide recommendations to clients, with the support of the Account Director

- Develop paid, owned, and earned media briefs

- Develop client reports and performance reviews

You:

- Live in Melbourne

- Have full working rights, and do not require sponsorship

- Currently work in a media agency/account service role

- Have at least 3-4+ years of account service experience

- Proven experience meeting client expectations & relationships

- Experience working in a media agency

- Previous experience managing media strategies
