We're looking for genuine, down-to-earth people who can build positive connections and help participants get involved in the things they enjoy, connect with their community and work towards their goals.
This isn't a role where every day looks the same. You could be heading out for a game of basketball, going to the gym, fishing or getting out on Country. Other days might involve helping with appointments, shopping, everyday life skills or simply being there for a valuable yarn.
At the heart of the role, it's about showing up, building trust and being a positive role model.
About these positions
These particular positions provide direct support and mentoring to male participants. Due to the nature of the individual supports required for these specific participants, being male is a genuine occupational requirement of these positions.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for people who are reliable, respectful, patient and able to build genuine connections.
You may already have experience in mentoring, youth work, community services or support work, or you may have the right attitude and life experience to make a great Mentor.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys getting out and about, can have a good yarn, builds relationships naturally and genuinely wants to help people work towards their goals.
What's on offer

- Flexible working hours
- Paid training
- Great pay and conditions
- Meaningful work within your local community
