Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Metal Fabrication Planner/Estimator, based in Bundaberg, QLD. The Planner/Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and planning fabrication workflows. Key tasks include collaborating with clients, assessing fabrication timelines, sourcing materials, and coordinating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.

Qualifications





- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, manufacturing workflows, and material selection
- Experience in project planning, budget estimation, and resource allocation
- Proficiency in using engineering and estimation software tools and applications
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Qualifications in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in the water and wastewater industry would be an advantage
