Join our Way Back Support Service team and support people as they recover and reconnect with their community following a suicidal crisis.

The Way Back Support Service provides recovery-focused, non-clinical aftercare support to people transitioning from hospital and crisis services back into everyday life. Based from our Phillip office, you will work across the ACT, providing outreach support to participants in community settings and helping them navigate services, strengthen social connections, and achieve their recovery goals.

Our Offer:

- Salary packaging option up to $15,899 per Fringe Benefits Tax year,



with an additional Meals and Entertainment package available up to $2,650 per Fringe Benefits Tax year.

About the Role Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Provide person-centred outreach support across the ACT community.
- Build trusting relationships with participants following a suicidal crisis.
- Support individuals to identify goals and access the services and supports they need.
- Work collaboratively with mental health, housing, health, AOD, and community service providers.
- Complete assessments, safety planning, case notes, and reporting requirements.
- Deliver support using recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches.
