In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering customer-centred digital solutions and integrated products that create an easy and seamless experience for Sydney Metro customers.

This role will see you champion customer needs and lead the definition, planning and integration of digital customer solutions across projects and operations. You will translate customer insights and pain points into practical improvements, shape the use of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, and align customer-facing products with the broader Transport network in a complex, future-focused environment.

You will build trusted relationships across technical, operational and project teams, influence stakeholders to embed customer-centred design, and manage initiatives that improve the quality, consistency and integration of digital services. The role offers the opportunity to combine strategic thinking with tangible delivery while contributing to the ongoing development of Sydney Metro’s digital customer offering.

About you

Your strong customer advocacy, digital product and stakeholder management capabilities, formed across customer experience, product management, transport, government or other large matrix organisations, will see you excel in turning customer insights into practical digital solutions. You will bring credibility and clarity to complex conversations,



navigate competing priorities and influence technically and operationally diverse stakeholders to take timely action and deliver integrated, customer-focused outcomes.

You’re recognised as an influential and collaborative communicator, skilled at translating complex information for diverse audiences, building trusted relationships and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment. You will have demonstrated experience in a customer experience role within a large commercial or government setting, strong knowledge of digital strategy and AI technologies, and relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, project management, business management or a related discipline.
