We're looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join the Veritas Events team. This role will see you develop creative concepts, event identities and visual assets across proposals, conferences, incentives, exhibitions and brand experiences. We're looking for a confident self-starter who can interpret briefs, think creatively and take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.

Experience

- Minimum 4+ years' experience within a creative, integrated, experiential or event agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, presentation design, campaign creative and visual storytelling.
- Experience developing concepts and identities, not just executing artwork.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within events, exhibitions or brand experiences highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities Creative Development & Concepting

- Develop creative concepts, visual identities and event branding.
- Contribute to brainstorming, ideation and creative development sessions.
- Research trends, styling, experiences and emerging design approaches.
- Translate briefs into effective and engaging visual solutions.

Proposals & Recent Business

- Design compelling sales presentations and proposal documents.
- Create infographics, visual narratives and supporting assets.
- Support pitch development through proposal design, brand sweeps and creative enhancements.

Event & Project Delivery

- Design branding, signage, collateral and digital assets.
- Develop event identity systems and supporting visual assets.
- Create content for presentations, LED screens, websites and EDMs.




- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and production requirements

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with sales, producers, client teams and digital specialists.
- Manage multiple briefs and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Take ownership of projects and work independently with minimal direction.

Essential Skills

- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Excellent presentation design skills (Canva and PowerPoint)
- Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling
- Brand identity development
- Print and digital design experience
- Ability to independently manage workload and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and agency-level pace

Desirable

- Motion graphics and animation
- SketchUp or 3D visualisation
- AI-assisted creative workflows
- Video editing and content production
- Event and exhibition experience
