About the roleWe are seeking a motivated Motion Graphic & Video Editor Intern to join our in‑house creative team at our South Melbourne studio. This hands‑on on‑site internship delivers real‑world exposure to premium property, luxury and commercial video‑production workflows. You will work alongside senior editors and designers, assisting across video editing, motion‑graphic tasks and asset preparation for client campaigns, social media and property marketing deliverables.

This is an unpaid internship, with a duration ranging from 1‑3 months. The length will be determined by your existing skill‑set and performance assessment: minimum 1 month for candidates with solid foundational skills, up to a maximum of 3 months. Strong performance during the internship may lead to part‑time or full‑time employment opportunities upon completion.

Key Responsibilities‑ Assist senior editors with video assembly, rough cuts, footage sorting and media asset organisation ‑ Create basic motion graphics, animated text, lower‑thirds and simple transitions using Adobe After Effects ‑ Support editing work in Premiere Pro: trimming footage, audio sync, subtitle creation, colour adjustment and exporting multi‑format deliverables for digital and social channels ‑ Prepare graphic elements, simple animations and motion templates aligned with client brand guidelines ‑ Review feedback, implement revisions and organise project files,



footage and exports ‑ Support post‑production for property marketing, event recaps and brand campaign videos ‑ Collaborate within‑studio with producers, designers and creatives on day‑to‑day project delivery

Requirements‑ Basic working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (essential): able to build simple animations, text motion and composite basic layers ‑ Hands‑on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with Photoshop / Illustrator is a bonus ‑ Basic understanding of video timelines, keyframes, export settings and common social‑media aspect ratios ‑ Strong eye for visual composition, typography and timing; attention to fine detail ‑ Able to work on‑site at our South Melbourne studio, follow briefs and iterate based on constructive feedback ‑ Media, film, design or related tertiary study background preferred ‑ Showreel / portfolio showing sample video or motion‑graphic work required (student projects acceptable)
