We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Motel Manager to join our team in Charleville, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time role within a welcoming regional community.

Requirements (Essential):

- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage staff
- Experience with guest services, bookings, and hospitality systems
- Good organisational and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the motel, including guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer service
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Coordinate staff rosters, handle payroll, and manage basic financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and accommodation standards
