NAB Connect is an online business banking platform that allows business customers to access their accounts seamlessly on the go, from anywhere. Working in the NAB Connect Servicing team, you will be responsible for the education and service of NAB's business customers with everything account related.

Your recent role

- Handling high volume inbound calls.
- Helping to educate and service NAB's Business Banking customers.
- Offer professional advice on financial products available on first-call resolution mindset.
- Adherence to ASIC Standards and Industry Code of Practice.

Types of calls you will receive, but not limited to:
- I cannot access my NAB Connect account
- I have locked myself out of my account and don't have the authority to get back in, what do I do?
- One of my employees have inputted the incorrect banking details, how do I change this?
- I'm having issues with a transfer, please may you assist?

Starting on October 19th 2026, the initial assignment length will be 12 months. Pay rate at $38.89ph+super.

You will be working full-time from the office at 700 Bourke Street until deemed capable after training period. Shifts will be on a rotating roster between Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 8:00PM, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, once you have completed your training.

What you'll need to succeed

- Valid AU/NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residents
- Resilient and ability to bounce back from setbacks.
- Customer-centric with positive interpersonal skills.
- Ability and commitment to work full-time hours for the length of contract and beyond.
- Tech savvy.
- Discipline with time and SLA's.
