About the role

Plantrite is a wholesale native plant nursery in Bullsbrook, growing Australia's native flora for landscapes, revegetation and urban greening projects across WA. We're looking for an experienced, permanent full time Nursery Team Member to join our production team.

Key responsibilities

- Production — seeding, tubing, potting, plant maintenance, grading

- Dispatch — preparing and quality-checking orders

- Irrigation monitoring and basic troubleshooting

- Safe chemical handling and application

- Holding a standard and helping the team hit it

About you

- Certificate III in Nursery Operations, Horticulture, or equivalent hands-on nursery experience (essential)

- Current ChemCert (essential)

- Reliable, physically fit,



comfortable with repetitive outdoor production work

- Willing to participate in a weekend watering roster (not required immediately, but an ongoing part of the role)

- Someone who takes pride in plant quality and wants to keep building on their skills
