Occupational Therapist Level 1 / 2 Acute Care Team Royal North Shore Hospital 14 hours per week available now until 30th June 2027. Additional 18 hours per week contract available November 2026 to November 2027 with potential to be extended.
Employment Type: Temporary Part Time until 30 June 2027 (with possibility of ongoing employment)

Where you'll be working
Acute Care Occupational Therapy Team RNSH initially however opportunity in other teams within wider OT Dept may be possible.
What You'll Be Doing To provide a high level of occupational therapy services to patients and clients.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria.
- Must hold registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Proven ability to exercise qualified judgement commensurate with years of experience and to establish effectively collaboratively working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and inter-agency networks.
- Demonstrated well developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use health information systems.
- Demonstrate skills and knowledge in the provision of Occupational Therapy service to consumers, carers and families requiring assessment, environmental modifications, home modifications, appropriate referral and discharge planning.
