Our Allied Health teams work across inpatient, outpatient and day patient services, providing holistic care across a broad range of clinical specialties.
Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Allied Health team on a full-time, fixed-term basis until 19th July 2027.
This is an excellent prospect to broaden your clinical experience while working across a varied caseload in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
You will provide occupational therapy services across, acute, general medicine, vascular, palliative, and oncology services helping patients achieve their functional goals, regain independence and confidently transition through their care journey.
You will bring 3 years’ or more clinical experience, strong clinical reasoning and a genuine commitment to delivering person-centred care.
What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessment and intervention across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Complete comprehensive functional assessments, including personal care, domestic and community activities of daily living, cognitive and physical function.
- Develop individualised treatment plans in partnership with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and regularly review and progress treatment in line with patient goals.
- Support patients to maximise independence, participation and quality of life.
- Complete functional and environmental assessments, including home assessments where required.
- Work collaboratively with the broader Allied Health and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of clinical services.
What You’ll Bring To be successful, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant clinical setting.
- Experience across acute, subacute, rehabilitation or outpatient services will be highly regarded.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice.
- A willingness to contribute to quality improvement and service development.
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence.

The Benefits:
- Salary $72,992 to $117,553 per annum plus 12% superannuation
