About Us:
At Thrive Health Therapies, we’re committed to delivering high-quality allied health services that help people thrive across all stages of life. Our Findon clinic features private treatment rooms,
a paediatric gym and a rehabilitation space where we can deliver a broad range of services, including upper limb therapy.
We also provide mobile therapy services throughout metropolitan Adelaide, with community referrals allocated based on your location wherever possible to minimise travel.
About the Roles:
We have several Occupational Therapy positions available, suitable for both experienced and early-career OTs. Whether you’re interested in full-time, part-time or subcontractor work, we’ll support you to establish a schedule that works for you. A current priority is appointing a Senior Occupational Therapist with demonstrated paediatric experience. This role would suit an experienced clinician who is confident supporting children with a broad range of presentations and working collaboratively with their families, schools and wider support teams.
We also welcome applications from early-career therapists who have experience or a strong interest in working with paediatric clients.
For therapists interested in working with adults, opportunities include capacity-building intervention, assessment-based work, or a combination of both. We also have opportunities for OTs who prefer to focus on Functional Capacity Assessments and other assessment-based services without providing ongoing therapy.
Across our available positions, services may include:
- Ongoing capacity-building intervention
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Assistive Technology assessments
- Home modification assessments
With multiple positions available, we can tailor your role to align with your preferred client age groups, clinical interests and level of experience. These positions are ideal for therapists who are self-motivated, organised and passionate about making a meaningful difference. Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with participants, families and support networks are essential.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for passionate, organised and self-driven Occupational Therapists who:
- Hold current AHPRA registration
- Build strong rapport with participants and their families
- Enjoy working independently while remaining part of a supportive team
- Have experience with, or are open to working with, a diverse range of client presentations
- Value flexibility, family-friendly hours and meaningful client relationships
For our senior paediatric chance, we are particularly seeking an OT with demonstrated experience working with children and families.
Requirements (or willingness to obtain):
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current driver’s licence and access to a car
How to Apply:
If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and become an integral part of our team, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a cover letter via SEEK.
