About the role

Windscreen Medics is looking for a reliable and organised Office All-Rounder to join our team. This is a busy and varied role, so we're looking for someone who is confident, practical and able to handle different tasks throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

- Answering customer calls

- Taking bookings and enquiries

- Placing orders with suppliers

- Following up on orders

- Speaking with customers and suppliers

- General office administration

- Solving problems and handling customer issues

- Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks

About you

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Organised and reliable

- Good problem-solving skills

- Able to multitask and work in a busy workplace

- Confident on the phone and with computers

- Positive attitude and willing to help wherever needed

- Automotive industry experience preferred — particularly experience in a workshop, parts, mechanical, smash repair or windscreen business
