We're looking for an experienced Omnichannel Project Manager to step into a well-established global transformation program and maintain delivery momentum across a complex, enterprise environment. The project is already underway, with a structured handover provided from the incumbent Senior Project Manager.

This role will see you leading a global omnichannel initiative spanning technology, customer experience, operations, product, data and change teams. You'll drive governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, vendor management and delivery coordination across multiple regions while ensuring risks, dependencies and key milestones remain on track.

We're interested in speaking with Project Managers who bring:

- Extensive experience delivering large-scale technology or business transformation programs
- Solid governance, financial management,



RAID and executive reporting capability
- Experience in omnichannel, customer experience, contact centre, digital workflow or similarly integrated platform environments
- Proven success managing complex stakeholder and vendor ecosystems
- Experience working across global or multi-regional organisations
- PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management certification

Location: Sydney or Brisbane

Contract: Initial 3-6 month engagement
