About the Role

General Pants is one of Australia and New Zealand’s most iconic fashion retailers, and we’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Visual Merchandising Cluster Manager to join our WA cluster.

As the Visual Merchandising Cluster Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving visual excellence across a portfolio of stores, creating a consistent and elevated brand experience while delivering strong commercial results.

What You Will Be Doing

- Driving sales through robust, commercially focused visual merchandising
- Executing floor plans, window campaigns, mannequin styling and VM directives to a high standard
- Analysing sales and product performance to inform VM decisions
- Identifying hot and cold zones and optimising product placement
- Coaching and training store teams to confidently execute VM refreshes and campaigns
- Partnering closely with store and regional teams to deliver consistent brand standards
- Supporting new store openings, VM projects and model store initiatives when required
- Ensuring all VM activity aligns with safety, WHS and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

- A passionate visual leader who understands how great VM drives results
- Confident working autonomously, thriving in a fast-paced retail environment and loves developing others to be their best




- Visual merchandising experience within fashion or apparel retail
- A genuine love and understanding of fashion, trends and the retail landscape
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn data into action
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
- An understanding of local customer demographics and competitor activity
- A hands-on, flexible approach, including supporting stores during peak trade
