On The Ball Personnel, is super excited to provide an excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager, to join our client. They are a family-owned business, operating for more than 10 years. They support Construction projects in Melbourne, as a site cleaning company, with their presence mainly in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. They are very hands on with the clients, providing excellent service, that is environment friendly and sustainable.

As the Operations Manager, you will lead the people, systems and daily decisions, that turn customer requirements into safe, efficient and reliable world class service delivery. You will build trusted relationships with Site Supervisors, Construction Managers and other customer stakeholders, while ensuring operational issues are managed professionally and resolved promptly.

This role will require you to be an accountable, approachable and proactive leader who combines operational discipline with strong interpersonal skills.If you are an experienced Operations leader within the construction industry, who values accountability, collaboration,



continuous improvement and excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you! This is a hands-on role.

Construction Industry knowledge and experience Essential

Key responsibilities include:

· Strong knowledge and practical experience in residential construction

· Proven operational leadership experience in construction or a comparable industry

· Excellent planning, scheduling and resource-management skills

· Experience managing employees, crews and subcontractors across competing priorities

· Strong people leadership, coaching and performance-management capability

· Confident decision-making and practical problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

· Strong commercial awareness, systems capability and a continuous improvement mindset
