As MOVUS continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and analytical Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane.

About the Role The Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations behind the delivery of MOVUS technology to customers across Australia.

You will work across inventory management, logistics, dispatch planning, supplier coordination, procurement support and operational reporting, while collaborating with teams across the business.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent postgraduate or early-career professional with 0 to 2 years of experience who wants to build hands-on experience in operations and supply chain within a growing Australian technology company.

You will work closely with MOVUS leadership and cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer success and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate inventory levels, stock availability and dispatch of operational hardware and sensors
- Support logistics coordination, shipment tracking and delivery planning
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to support day-to-day operational requirements




- Assist with procurement planning, demand forecasting and operational reporting
- Maintain accurate inventory records, operational trackers and documentation
- Coordinate with engineering, customer success and field teams to ensure equipment and resources are available when required
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, efficiency and visibility
- Support day-to-day business operations and cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate the weekly all-staff meeting, helping maintain alignment and visibility across the business

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for someone who is early in their career and keen to learn, take ownership and develop their capabilities in a practical operating environment.

Ideally, you will have:

- A recently completed or in-progress Master's degree in business, supply chain, operations management, logistics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 0 to 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Internship, graduate, part-time or other practical experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, procurement or supply chain, which will be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills




- Confidence working with data, spreadsheets and operational records
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different teams
