We’re looking for an experienced Organisational Change Management Officer to support ICT and digital transformation initiatives within a Federal Government department.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans
- Conduct stakeholder, change impact and business readiness assessments
- Develop communications, engagement, training and adoption plans
- Facilitate workshops and engage with senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Support Agile, iterative and hybrid delivery environments
- Monitor readiness, adoption,



risks and resistance
- Support transition to business-as-usual and post-implementation adoption

What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven ICT/digital change management experience

✅ PROSCI/ADKAR or equivalent methodology experience

✅ Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills

✅ Experience working with Agile or hybrid project teams

✅ Australian Government experience is highly desirable
