Role Objective

Order Management Coordinator is responsible for providing end-to-end sales administration, order management, reporting, and credit support functions. The role acts as a central link between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customers, ensuring accurate order execution, improved business visibility, and proactive communication throughout the customer fulfilment process.

- Changed ETA's on orders communicated to sales team
- Backlog ongoing review for FY
- Monthly Dispatch Details to sales team

- Creating installation PO's

- Installation Date Management
- Chasing installation invoices
- weekly Availability report
- Creating new Sold-To accounts in SAP
- Management of Internal Sales Inbox
- Completing PGI's once goods dispatched
- Drop dispatch notices into SFA and sharepoint
- Managing the credit released spreadsheet
- credit management with the sales team
