About The Role In this role, it is the paramount duty of OT (Occupational Therapist) Team Admin Support to provide support for the OT Team. You will ensure customers are assisted in a prompt, supportive & friendly manner at all times whilst providing a high standard of customer service.

Role Title: OT Team Administrator

Location: Bibra Lake WA branch

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent

Reporting: OT Team Leader

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with both external stakeholders and internal purchasing and operations teams
- Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
- Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions
- Ability to remain composed in a rapid-paced work environment and work well under pressure
- Confidence to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

Duties & Responsibilities

- Process orders and create quotes using NetSuite
- Running back-order reports and analysing the report data for OT’s
- Communicating with OT’s and Case Managers, including order status,



quote requests and purchase order information
- Follow up on quotes pending approval and successful quotes
- Co-ordinating the OT calendar and booking in product trials.
- Customer complaint resolution
