The role This is ideal for a paediatric OT who values autonomy, collaboration, and neuro-affirming practice.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing OT services for sensory processing, fine and gross motor, and self-regulation needs
- A mix of in-clinic and community work, including schools and kinders
- Progressing towards 4.5 billable hours per day, at a steady and supported pace
- Collaborating closely with a paediatric OT team
- Using full admin support so your time stays focused on clinical work
- Regular supervision and peer support to keep you developing
