Responsibilities:
- Prioritise parts for current and upcoming jobs and prevent workflow delays.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts, maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks.
- Manage supplier relationships, including following up on delays, processing returns, and handling warranty claims.
- Coordinate delivery and allocation of parts to onsite vehicles, ensuring repair schedules are met.
- Support process improvements, system updates, and reporting activities related to parts management.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and professional workshop environment while promoting teamwork and adherence to safety standards.
