We're looking for a passionate and technically skilled Pastry Chef's who loves working with premium ingredients, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a fast paced, high volume kitchen. If you want to bring genuine discipline and craft to a brand new venue and help set the standard from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

The Role

- Produce a diverse range of high-quality pastry across the à la carte menu, including handmade pastry, tarts, cakes, petits fours, plated desserts, and classic patisserie
- Uphold exceptional standards of quality, consistency and presentation across every item produced
- Work efficiently in a high volume production environment without ever cutting corners on quality
- Maintain rigorous food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation standards
- Manage ingredient preparation, stock rotation and daily production requirements




- Collaborate closely with the broader kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
- Help shape processes and standards in a brand new kitchen, fitted with the latest equipment
- Bring energy and professionalism to a supportive, high performing kitchen culture

About You

- Previous professional experience in pastry or patisserie
- Strong technical pastry skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable and consistent under the pressure of a fast paced, high volume kitchen
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent time management skills
- A cooperative, positive communicator who works well within a team
- Genuine passion for pastry, premium produce, and consistently delivering work to the highest standard
- Excited by the opportunity to help build and set the standard for a brand new pastry program

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
