The Company Our client is an established organisation. They are based on the Northern Beaches and accessible by public transport. They are going through a significant operational change to positively transform and shape the finance function.

Their leadership team is approachable and keen on building a strong future. Additionally, they also do offer some flexibility for hybrid WFH arrangement after training.

The Role

This is a permanent and full-time Payroll and Accounts Officer position where you will be responsible for the following:

- Accounts Payable - invoice processing, coding and payments runs
- Accounts Receivable – invoice preparation
- Payroll – managing the outsourced payroll function




- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with BAS preparation

Your Background We are looking for candidates who fit the following profile:

- More than 3 years of local working experience in a similar role encompassing Payroll and AP
- Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills to deal with stakeholders
- Have full working rights in Australia (e.g. Citizenship, Permanent residency, etc)
- Live locally in the Northern Beaches catchment
