About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator / People &
- Culture Coordinator to join Lumus Imaging’s head office in Chatswood, Sydney, supporting our People &
- Culture team across a broad range of HR functions. This is a busy and varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional administrative support, and playing a key role in delivering a positive employee experience across the business. This is a full-time, permanent role (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) offering hybrid working arrangements.

Key aspects of the role:
This role includes working across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs including:
- HR employment issues (hiring and termination processes and labor law issues,
contract renewals and dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, control/process of retirement, etc.)
- Onboarding new employees (systems support, compliance management and tracking)
- Personnel records maintenance (job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, etc.)
- Managing the recruitment process (sending offer letters and internal stakeholder support)
- Statistical reporting to internal management (employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover) and external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.)
To be considered for this role your skills and attributes should include:
- Previous experience in a HR Coordinator, People &
- Culture Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business.
- Sound understanding of employment legislation, confidentiality requirements, and HR best practices.
- Experience using HRIS, payroll,
or recruitment systems (Dayforce experience highly regarded).
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and a passion for creating positive employee experiences.
