Salary Range: $95,000 - $100,000 Total Package

The Role

As a Performance & Data Analyst, you will help drive better customer and business outcomes through data, insights and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Service and the broader business to analyse performance, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver practical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Based in Parramatta, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful action and influencing positive change.

- Analyse operational performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Develop reports, insights and recommendations that support business decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver process improvement and change initiatives
- Support projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, scheduling and reporting processes
- Ensure risk,



compliance and regulatory requirements are considered in process and change activities
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

About You You're naturally curious, analytical and solutions-focused. You enjoy working with data to uncover insights and are confident translating complex information into practical recommendations. With solid communication skills and a collaborative approach, you're able to build relationships across the business and influence positive outcomes while maintaining a focus on customer experience and operational excellence.

- Experience in data analysis, performance reporting or business improvement within financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience developing reports, dashboards and performance insights
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, Qualtrics or Microsoft Dynamics will be highly regarded
