Opened in early 2024, this world-class day surgery specialises in a range of surgical specialties, including gynaecology and IVF, plastics, and oral surgery, with services continuing to expand.

About the role
We are seeking experienced Perioperative Nurses who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and making a positive impact on the patient experience. Our world-class theatre facilities have been designed with a premium patient experience in mind. The care our teams deliver is empathetic, empowering, and consistent throughout the patient journey, guided by the Monash IVF Group principles of Care, Commit, Communicate, Collaborate, and Create. You will play a significant role in the smooth running and efficiency of our day surgery hospital. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class day surgery services to patients undergoing fertility-related procedures, while maintaining the highest professional standards of practice across all services provided.
Specifically,
we are seeking Perioperative Nurses with experience in anaesthetics and recovery.

You will be a passionate team player with a commitment to quality, best practice, and workplace safety. Ideally, you will bring:
- Experience in theatre nursing
- Experience in anaesthetics and recovery
- The ability to communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- A genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service and patient care

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
