Company Description Club Active is Australia’s largest active over-50s health and fitness community, offering an innovative gym setting tailored to a growing and under-serviced demographic. The organization combines fitness and wellness services to help members improve their health, slow the ageing process, and feel their best. Club Active’s allied health clinic provides professional services from university-trained exercise physiologists, dietitians, and physiotherapists, with accredited exercise physiologists staffing the gym floor for expert guidance and support.

Through its franchise model, Club Active operates in cities and major regional centres across Australia, supporting owner-operated and under-management sites with multiple income streams.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Physiotherapist will deliver evidence-based assessments and treatment plans for members, focusing on musculoskeletal, neurological, and age-related conditions common in the over-50s population. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, developing and reviewing individualized rehabilitation and exercise programs, and collaborating closely with exercise physiologists and dietitians to provide integrated care.

The role involves monitoring member progress, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and educating members on injury prevention, pain management, and long-term health strategies.

The Physiotherapist will also contribute to group education sessions, support gym staff with clinical guidance, and uphold high standards of safety, professionalism, and member experience.
