About The Role

Located in a peaceful part of Albany, Juniper Korumup is a well-established aged care home providing culturally respectful and person-centred care for up to 72 residents. We’re deeply rooted in the local community and proud to offer a homely, supportive environment where residents feel protected, valued, and cared for—and where staff are truly appreciated.

Juniper Korumup is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our supportive team in a Permanent Full-time Time position working 5 days per week.

As a Physiotherapist at Juniper Korumup, you will work closely with residents, families and the broader care team to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services that enhance quality of life and support positive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough assessments, create personalized care plans, and implement effective strategies for your clients




- Design individual and group exercise programs to keep clients motivated and engaged
- Provide equipment assessments and recommendations to promote independence and well-being
- Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes
- Maintain accurate records to ensure seamless care coordination
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and Therapy Assistants

Key Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning and service delivery
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Sound computer skills and experience maintaining accurate clinical records
