About the role To lead and develop the pickleball playing and coaching community at the Club. The Coach will deliver high quality instructional sessions, grow participation, run social play and tournaments, and help foster a positive, social and energetic club setting.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, structured pickleball coaching sessions (group and private).

- Assess player abilities and tailor lessons accordingly.

- Maintain safety, positive player experience and technical standard.

- Develop clinics and programs for beginner through to advanced players.

- Encourage participation in socials, matchplay, tournaments and regular court bookings.

- Engage with members via WhatsApp groups and at the venue.

- Help grow the pickleball player base and connect players of similar levels.

- Foster an inclusive,



energetic and welcoming environment.

- Organise and run regular pickleball socials, matchplay and competitions.

- Assist with planning and running internal pickleball tournaments.

About you

- Proven pickleball coaching experience and strong understanding of the game.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident leading individual lessons, group sessions, socials and tournaments.

- Reliable, self driven and community focused.

- Passionate about growing pickleball participation and building a strong club culture.

- Able to manage bookings and respond promptly to players.

- Australian first aid certificate required.
