Gator's Dockside Melbourne is seeking a agile and professional Key Manager. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with bartenders, food runners, cooks, and other team members. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired.

Key Manager Responsibilities:

- Opening and closing procedures for the entire restaurant
- 100% table visits
- Dealing with guest complaints
- Making sure that the restaurant is always clean and properly organized
- Dealing with daily restaurant issues
- Conducting pre-shift with all team members
- Cash and drawer audits
- Counting money
- Ability to run reports on the POS
- Checking out hourly team members
