We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Pizza Shop Team Member to join our team.

The main focus of this role will be customer service and taking orders. You will be one of the main points of contact for our customers, so having excellent communication skills is essential.

What You'll Be Doing

- Taking customer orders in-store and over the phone
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Answering customer questions about our menu, deals and specials
- Helping with basic tasks around the shop when required
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time

What We're Looking For
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Confident and friendly when speaking with customers
- Comfortable taking orders over the phone
- Reliable and punctual




- Good customer service skills
- Able to stay calm and organised during busy periods
- Good attention to detail when taking and checking orders
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right person

Availability We are looking for someone who can work evenings and weekends, particularly during our busy periods.

Pay: From $26.44 per hour
