Our client is a highly regarded national law firm with a market-leading Planning & Environment practice. Acting for a diverse mix of government, developer and private sector clients, the team is recognised for its high-quality work, collaborative culture, and robust reputation in the market.
Working within a growing and highly respected Planning & Environment team, you will advise on a broad range of litigation, advisory and transactional matters across both the public and private sectors.
Key responsibilities include
- Advising public and private sector clients on a broad range of planning, environmental and development-related matters
- Managing contentious matters and supporting clients through regulatory, approval and litigation processes
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex transactional and project documentation; and
- Contributing to high-value projects by delivering commercially focused and technically robust legal advice.
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years' PAE in Planning & Environment law gained within a reputable private practice environment.
- Strong analytical, research and drafting skills, with experience preparing legal advice and contractual documentation.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team and build strong client relationships.
