About the role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our pool maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in the pool industry. You'll receive full, hands-on training initially directly from the owner of the business, learning everything you need to become confident and capable in pool servicing and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

- Pool cleaning and regular servicing
- Water testing and chemical balancing
- Pool equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
- Pumps, filters and chlorination systems
- Identifying common pool and equipment issues
- Providing great service and communicating with customers
- Managing your own pool service run as your experience grows

About you

- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Friendly and comfortable dealing with customers
- Someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work




- Happy working outdoors
- Able to work independently once trained
- Looking for more than just a short-term job
- A current driver's licence is highly desirable
