We are seeking a Lead Pool Technician to join a well-established, high-performing pool shop and service business in Mosman, Sydney.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, suited to an experienced technician who can work independently, set standards on the road, and lead by example.

The Role

You will take ownership of the technical delivery of on-road services, including:

- Installation, servicing, and repair of pool equipment (pumps, filters, chlorinators, automation)
- Advanced fault-finding and diagnostics
- Spa servicing and equipment work
- Assessing equipment condition and recommending solutions
- Handling complex or high-value jobs
- Supporting and mentoring other technicians as required
- Maintaining high professional and safety standards

About You

- 2+ years' experience as a pool technician (Relative experience considered)
- Strong background in pool equipment installations and repairs




- Electrical disconnect/reconnect experience (licence not required)
- Spa experience
- Current driver's licence
- Confident working independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable being the "go-to" technician on technical matters
