About the Role

Cordium, a respected name in Australian healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our vibrant medical practice and the co-located urgent care clinic.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping a high-performing, patient-focused environment that supports both our clinical team and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth running of the practice
- Lead and support the admin team – recruitment, training, rosters, performance
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, patients, and external stakeholders professionally
- Implement and refine systems, procedures, and policies to improve service delivery
- Monitor practice budgets, billing, and financial performance
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Support strategic planning and the growth of the practice

What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Minimum 5-10 staff management experience required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal,



and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to problem-solve and implement process improvements
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
