About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead the front-end delivery of commercial fitout projects up to $10M.

Working across clients, design, estimating and delivery teams, you’ll take ownership of projects through pre-construction and help ensure they are commercially sound, buildable and set up for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects through the pre-construction phase




- Manage tenders, submissions and pre-construction programmes
- Coordinate estimating, design and construction input
- Review scope, documentation and buildability
- Develop methodologies, procurement and delivery strategies
- Identify commercial and programme risks early
- Drive value engineering and design development
- Manage client, consultant and subcontractor relationships
- Ensure a seamless handover into project delivery

About You

You’ll ideally have experience across pre-construction, estimating or project management within commercial fitout, with solid commercial knowledge and an ability to confidently manage clients and stakeholders.

You’ll be organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong understanding of how to take a project from tender through to construction.
