We are currenly seeking an experienced Process Shift Supervisor to join our team at a local Kalgoorlie-Boulder minesite. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Process Shift Supervisor looking to join a local mining operation with a family friendly 7/7 Roster and the convenience of being home everynight.

The Role

- 7/7 Roster
- Local mine site in Kalgoorlie-Boulder
- Home everynight
- Bus provided to and from site for Kalgoorlie-Boulder residential candidates

The successful candidate will be an experienced Process Shift Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining a secure,



productive and efficient processinng operation. You will be responsible for providing effective leadership to the processing team, ensuring operational targets are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance.

Essential Criteria

- Previous experience in a Process Supervisor or Shift Supervisor role within the mining/processing industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to wokplace health and safety
- Current WA Drivers Licence
- Current National Police Clearance
- Must reside in Kalgoorlie-Boulder
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical prior to commencement
