Role Description The Procurement Specialist / Vendor Manager at Select Farma is a part time remote role focused on managing supplier relationships and ensuring cost-effective, compliant sourcing of goods and services. Daily responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential vendors, requesting and reviewing quotations, and negotiating contracts and pricing to meet business requirements.

The role involves monitoring vendor performance, managing contract terms and renewals, and maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation. This position also requires collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs, resolving vendor issues, and supporting continuous improvement in procurement processes and policies.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply strong Analytical Skills to evaluate pricing, supplier performance, and market trends.




- Demonstrated experience in Procurement and vendor management, including sourcing and purchasing activities.
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Experience with procurement or ERP systems and basic proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare supply chains is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
