From local neighbourhood parks to award-winning regional destinations, every project is different. Our team works closely with councils, schools, landscape architects and developers to turn ideas into practical, creative and buildable solutions that stand the test of time.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Product Designer and Estimating Specialist to strengthen our Design team. This isn't just another drafting or estimating role, it's an chance to solve real design challenges, work on unique projects and develop specialist expertise in an industry where no two projects are ever the same.

We're less interested in whether you've designed playgrounds before and more interested in how you think. If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving technical problems and love learning new skills, we'll teach you everything you need to know about our products, systems and Australian Standards.

About the role

This is a design & estimating position within our Project Design team.

You'll work across design, estimating, documentation and commercial decision-making to deliver practical, buildable playground solutions. We can teach you our products, our software and the Australian Standards. What we're looking for is someone who can think independently and apply sound technical judgement.

You'll be successful if you:

- Enjoy solving unfamiliar technical problems.
- Learn new software and systems quickly.
- Can visualise how components fit together within a modular system and how design decisions affect manufacturing, construction and installation.




- Have strong numerical reasoning and commercial awareness.
- Produce accurate work that others can rely on.
- Are confident making decisions while remaining open to better ideas.

- Product or industrial design
- Mechanical design
- Product development
- Automotive or vehicle design
- Systems engineering
- Manufacturing or fabrication
- Modular or prefabricated construction
- Building design or architecture
- Construction estimating or pre-construction
- Civil or landscape construction

Playground experience is not required.

What you'll do

- Develop practical design solutions for customer projects.
- Prepare cost estimates and technical documentation.
- Review plans, specifications and site information.
- Balance design, compliance, constructability and commercial outcomes.
- Work closely with Sales, Drafting and Production teams to deliver successful projects.
